The Matt and Susan/Susan and Matt Show

Their voices blend together- powerful, dynamic, sensitive and colorful...their harmonies and solos filled with passion and joy! Both Matt and Susan have been entertaining audiences since they were very young. Susan began her career as a model at the tender age of 4...but, after her mother enrolled her in a NYC dance class at age 5, Susan knew that singing and dancing was what she was meant to be doing. An accomplished singer, dancer and songwriter, Susan comes to you from an impressive background that spans the creative medium of television, theatre and the recording studio. From Broadway to Las Vegas, Susan has worked with such greats as Barbra Streisand, Sammy Davis Jr., Al Hirt, Gwen Verdon and Robert Klein.

Originally from St. Louis, Matt's roots were deeply planted in the blues, before moving to Hollywood, Florida, and beginning his musical career in the early '70's at the Castaways, the Newport, and the Eden Roc in Miami Beach. "Go west young man," lead Matt to Hollywood, California where he did commercials, Equity shows and jingles. He also performed in some of Los Angeles' most popular jaunts- The Whisky, the Roxy and the infamous Troubador. From there it was on to Las Vegas and Reno where Matt's musical journey took him into the world of standards and showtunes. In the mid '90's, family needs beckoned him back to Florida and he's been hitting some of the hottest clubs and condos ever since. "I guess you could say, "I've' come full circle" offers Matt. "I've gone from rock and roll to Tony Bennett...from The Whisky A-Go-Go to Century Village!"
